Cleaning the smoke flame side
In order for the boiler to function normally, it is necessary to prepare it before each heating season and to maintain it regularly during the heating season. The combustion of fuel creates deposits of various origins, and the efficiency of keeping up fire is reduced by that deposition.
EKO-DIM performs cleaning of boilers from the smoke flame side, as follows:
- flue pipe cleaning
- flame pipe cleaning
- smoke duct cleaning
- connection cleaning
Depending on the treatment, the removal of combustion deposits is performed in several ways:
- mechanical cleaning,
- chemical cleaning and
- incineration
After cleaning, the collected deposit (soot, lampblack, dust) from boilers and fireboxes becomes waste whose treatment is regulated by the Law on Waste Management ("Official Gazette of RS", No. 36/2009 and 88/2010). After cleaning boilers and fireboxes, EKO-DIM conducts waste treatment in accordance with the Law. EKO-DIM is an authorized operator by the Ministry of Environment and Spatial Planning for the transport and storage of waste from thermal processes (deposit from chimneys and boilers).
