Kitchen ventilation
The system of greasy "steam" ventilation is an integral part of every kitchen in restaurants, hotels or any other kitchen where food is being prepared for a larger number of people. A good, functional ventilation system is just as important as quality cooking equipment.
Kitchen ventilation has the role in the process of thermal food processing, to remove or transport out of the premises all the greasy fumes released on that occasion, the fastest way possible.
The kitchen ventilation system is consisted of the following elements:
- hood (steam or grill)
- hood filters
- ducts for the transport of greasy fumes
- fire damper
- fan
- grease elimination filters - elektrostatic filter
- odor elimination filter - activated carbon filter
