ETC WATER FILTERS
ETC SRL is a renowned Italian manufacturer of water filters located in a large number of pizzerias and restaurants throughout Italy, but thanks to us those filters are more and more in our region. Utility Company EKODIM ltd Belgrade is the exclusive distributor and doing service of ETC filters at the territory of Serbia, Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Northern Macedonia and Slovenia.
ETC water filters are used to purify smoke and fumes generated as a product of combustion. They are designed to eliminate soot, odors, grease and other contaminated particles before being released into the atmosphere. The devices are intended for filtration of smoke extraction systems of small solid fuel fire-boxes, ovens, grills, bakery ovens, pizza ovens and kitchen ventilation.
The operating principle consists of two phases of filtration.
In the first phase, the gases pass through the atmosphere saturated with water created by the nozzles. The droplets wash away soot particles and other contaminated particles and deposit them at the bottom of the filter.
The second phase of filtration is responsible for smaller particles and it takes place on the surface of the filter’s water barrier which absorbs them in contact with gas. The maximum effect is achieved by a special internal structure composed of sectors that direct and treat smoke.
The efficiency of the filter is very high. The gas saturated with steam coming out of the water filter does not contain contaminated particles and is practically odorless.
In order for the device to be in function, connections to the electrical network, water supply and sewerage network are required. Filling the filter with water is done directly from the water supply network.
Wastewater used for filtration is discharged directly into the sewage system via drainage system.
The internal flow of water in the filter provides the device with its own drive, but if the situation requires a larger draft, a fan can be connected to the device.
CLEANER 250
The device is intended for use in smoke extraction systems of solid fuel fire-boxes, stoves, grills and kitchen ventilation flows up to 500m³ / h.
The model has a double washing system, after which the gas saturated with steam is released without soot, grease and other contaminated particles. The filter eliminates 60-70% of odors.
Smoke and fumes are conducted to the filter via pipe system. When smoke enters the filter, its speed decreases due to the housing being larger than the pipeline. The smoke in the filter is treated with water jets whereby soot and other contaminated particles are being washed out inside the filter. The second degree of filtration is achieved by collecting the lightest particles on the water surface when smoke passes through the filter sections.
There are two washing sectors inside the filter. The sectors are designed to achieve the maximum washing effect. The nozzles in the filter are placed in a way as to improve the smooth exit of smoke from the filter section.
Visual inspection of the level of dirt inside the filter can be performed by the user through a larger opening at the top and a smaller side opening at the side of the filter. After 1-2 days, it is necessary to drain the water through the drainage system and refill it.
